16s metagenome data from rat feces

Adult male SD rats were exposed to hypobaric hypoxia at a simulated altitude of 5500m and normoxia environment for 3 days. Aims of this animal experiment was to explore the link between gut microbiota and neuroendocrine under acute hypoxia exposure.
