The current version of SomaMutDB contains a comprehensive catalogue of somatic SNVs (single nucleotide variants) and small INDELs (insertions and deletions) from twenty normal human tissues and cell types. Currently, the database has a total number of 3.38 million somatic variants.
当前版本的SomaMutDB包含一套覆盖20种正常人体组织与细胞类型的体细胞单核苷酸变异（single nucleotide variants，SNVs）及小插入缺失（insertions and deletions，INDELs）的综合编目。目前该数据库总计收录338万个体细胞变异。
