Gene expression profile at single cell level of aorta from the Slc38a2flox/flox mice and Slc38a2?EC mice

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the different of aotra cells between Slc38a2flox/flox and Slc38a2 ?EC mice. Overall design: We gave Slc38a2flox/flox and Slc38a2?EC mice a high-salt diet for 3 weeks and we collected the same part of aorta from Slc38a2flox/flox and Slc38a2?EC mice. we analyzed mRNA transcripts of single cells extracted from the aorta using the BD Rhapsody.
