Bianca's Case Study: Leading a school culture of quality research use

This practitioner case study focuses on Bianca and how she, as Principal of South Harbour Public School, led her staff to use research and evidence in their work to create a learning culture for themselves and their students. Bianca’s case study was developed by the Monash Q Project (2019-2023) and published as part of the resources for the Quality Use of Research Evidence (QURE) Assessment Tool – a confidential online questionnaire enabling educators and education system leaders, as individuals or as a group, to reflect upon and assess their use of research in their practice.
