Transcriptom analysis of tobacco BY-2 cells grown in different medium

To reveal the molecular mechanism causing the difference in the glycosylation and secretion of recombinant protein in tobacco BY-2 cells, we have employed transcriptome analysis of the BY-2 cells grown in SH and MS medium.
