The experiment lasted for 40 days, with LS group as the control group and HS group as the experimental group. During this period, the experimental group received a dissolved oxygen level of 15mg/Ld1, while the control group received a dissolved oxygen level of 7.5mg/L. The classification and abundance of gut microbiota in Penaeus japonicus were identified through 16S rRNA gut microbiota sequencing, in order to assess the gut health status of the HS group.
