CHC analysis R-script

Script used in the program R to estimate heritability values for individual cuticular hydrocarbon compounds, as well as composite PCA axes. It uses a Bayesian animal model approach (based on the MCMCglmm package), parent-offspring regression, as well as paternal half-sib analysis.本脚本用于R语言（R）程序，可估算单个表皮碳氢化合物（cuticular hydrocarbon compounds）以及复合主成分分析（PCA）轴的遗传力值。该脚本采用基于MCMCglmm软件包的贝叶斯动物模型方法、亲子回归分析法，以及父系半同胞分析方法。
