To study the commonness of flavonoid accumulation in Agriophyllum squarrosum under UV-B stress. To explore the molecular metabolic regulation mechanism of flavonoids synthesis of Agriophyllum squarrosum. under UV-B stress. This study will promote the understanding of the regulation mechanism of flavonoid synthesis of different ecotypes under UV-B stress, and provide theoretical basis for further accurate utilization and development of different ecotypes of Agriophyllum squarrosum.
