Co-expression of Sphingobacterium sp. Lipase with Late Embryogenesis Abundant K peptide and Its In silico Studies. Sphingobacterium strain:Ab3

This study focuses on investigating the Ab3 lipase activities from Sphingobacterium sp., a yellowish Gram-negative bacterium known for its high sphingophospholipids content. Specifically, the study aims to understand the catalytic activity of Ab3 lipases in the presence of LEA-K peptide, as they may possess unique characteristics compared to other lipases. To gain insights into the molecular interactions of Sphingobacterium sp. lipase, an in vitro and in silico investigation is being conducted to evaluate lipase activity in the presence of LEA-K peptide co-expression.
