Analysis of soil microbial diversity of Miscanthus lutarioriparius communities in different areas of Dongting Lake

This study uncovers spatial patterns of soil microbiota in Miscanthus lutarioriparius wetlands of Dongting Lake: bacterial communities are shaped by physical drivers such as elevation and hydrology, whereas fungal communities are primarily controlled by phosphorus and other nutrient factors, providing a microbial-geography framework for wetland conservation and restoration.
