Service provider change.<br>Topics: use of the following products and services: current bank account, savings or investments, mortgage credit, long-term credit, car insurance, home insurance, mobile telephone services, fixed telephone services, electricity supply services, fixed line gas supply services, LPG; difficulty to compare offers from different providers with regard to the aforementioned products and services; switch of service provider in the last two years with regard to the aforementioned products and services; assessment of the new provider in terms of price; reasons for not switching to a new provider; most important reasons to change provider of the aforementioned products and services; development of prices for the aforementioned products and services in the last twelve months.
Demography: sex; age; age at end of education; occupation; professional position; type of community; internet connection at home.
Additionally coded was: respondent ID; interviewer ID; language of the interview; country; date of interview; time of the beginning of the interview; duration of the interview; type of phone line; region; weighting factor.
