Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum Raw sequence reads

ONT data (MinION generated) sequencing set of 25 PCR products amplified from DNA of 21 clinically isolated Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum samples and 3 reference strains. The project concentrated on sequencing loci in the genome which belong to paralogous regions and often can not be solved by whole genome sequencing by Illumina, but also included other regions of the genome. Many of the sequenced loci belong to outer membrane proteins and represent OMPeome of T. pallidum subsp. pallidum.
