新型膜材料孔隙率、孔径、孔形貌特征检测及性能分析数据集主要面向新型高通量的膜材料研究,由南华大学研发设计,对膜分别进行辐照 100000Gy 剂量老化和 90℃高温1000h 老化,记录老化前后样品的孔隙率、孔径分布,扫描电镜观察膜孔形貌及孔径大小、DSC-TG检测膜的熔点、分解温度,间接表征其分子量,动态热机械分析表征膜的力学性能等数数据,数据量206MB。
This dataset focuses on the detection of porosity, pore size, pore morphology characteristics and performance analysis of novel membrane materials, and is primarily intended for research on novel high-throughput membrane materials. It was developed and designed by University of South China. The membranes were separately subjected to two aging treatments: one with an irradiation dose of 100000 Gy, and the other under high-temperature condition at 90 °C for 1000 hours. The porosity and pore size distribution of the samples before and after aging were recorded; the membrane pore morphology and pore size were observed via scanning electron microscopy (SEM); the melting point and decomposition temperature of the membranes were detected by DSC-TG, which indirectly characterizes their molecular weights; the mechanical properties of the membranes were characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA); and other relevant data were collected. The total size of the dataset is 206 MB.
