WMS Forest Property Types LFV

Visible in the scale range smaller than 1:25 000. The forest property in Baden-Wuerttemberg divides corporations — especially municipalities — private individuals and the state. About 38 % of the forest is owned by corporations about 37 % are privately owned and about 24 % are so-called state forests and belong to the state of Baden-Württemberg. Corporate and private forest property is managed by the Landsforstverwaltung (LFV) and the State Forest by ForstBW (AöR). On very small areas, forest is also owned by the federal government, which is managed by the Federal Real Estate Agency.
