Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) 6 cell isolated from mus musculus was evaluated towards its radioresistant ability. EMT6 is a mouse mammary carcinoma that widely used to investigate cancer metastasis. The presence of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) has become a clinical hallmark for cancer to relapse especially after radiation treatment. Nevertheless, there are limited studies in molecular mechanism that reported the involvement of EMT cells to radiation therapy.
