Functional Analysis of a Novel Mutant opaque-16 Gene with High Lysine Content in Maize (PRJCA017732)

RT qPCR was used to analyze the spatiotemporal expression of this gene in different tissues and developmental stages of NILs, and luciferase complementary imaging (LCI) technology was used to analyze the interaction between opaque-16 protein, major Zeins, and opaque-2 proteins. The research results are of great significance for the innovation of high-quality resources and quality breeding.
