Developmental sRNA transcriptomics of Pristionchus pacificus

Here, we provide sRNA transcriptomes spanning the entire ontogeny of the nematode Pristionchus pacificus. Additionally, we provide sRNA and mRNA transcriptomes of various sRNA loss-of-function mutants.
