Metadata for each bacterial plate from the gnotobiotic experiment, colony PCR and PCR reactions. First spreadsheet depicts the plateID on each gel image for Fig S16-18, sampleID, culturing conditions, gnotobiotic mosquito life stage, dilution factor used for CFU counts, volumes required for CFU/mL calculation, larval diet, the concentration of the original <i>Acinetobacter </i>inoculum, number of bands corresponding to <i>A. soli </i>USMMO68 and <i>A. johnsonii </i>HN020 (for co-inoculated mosquitoes), subsequent CFU/mL calculation and the filename of the gel. The second spreadsheet is identical to the above but for the positive control with pre-calculated co-culture ratios. The final spreadsheet shows the multi-plex colony PCR final reaction volumes used and plateID for each colony PCR.
