Whole genome sequencing analysis of feline coronavirus strains isolated from cats with feline infectious peritonitis in Japan

The aim of the present study is to develop therapeutic and preventive drugs for feline infectious peritonitis, we perform whole genome sequencing of the causative virus, feline coronavirus isolates, and evaluate the genetic diversity of viral isolates in Japan.
