<b>microscopy images</b><b>:</b> bright-field morphology, fluorescent staining 5mC+PI

The essence of experiment is described below in brief, for concrete details see the relevant publication. Dataset consists of 4 murine embryo groups. Embryos from <code>INVIVO</code> group were naturally conceived and washed out of uterus after 24 hours of normal development. Embryos from <code>35C,37C and 39C </code>groups were conceived via IVF and incubated at 35, 37 and 39°C respectively for the first 24 hours of their development. After that, embryos of all groups were incubated at 37°C until blastocyst stage. One part of dataset contains bright-field snapshots of live embryos, captured at 2 hour intervals, the other part contains fluorescent images of same groups of embryos at 2-cell, 4-cell and 8-cell development stages, stained for 5-methyl cytosine (5mC) and for total DNA (propidium iodide, PI).
