Bone marrow dendritic cell and exosome RNA profiling

In this study, we sought to identify differentially RNAs found in mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells and their exosomes. As a secondary aim, we sought to determine whether deletion of the Sidt1 and Sidt2 genes affects the RNA content of exosomes. Dendritic cells and exosomes were harvested from the bone marrow of 6 mice. 3 of the mice were wild type, and 3 were Sidt1/Sidt2 double knock-outs. Differential expression analyses were performed between all experimental groups.
