In this study, Rhodococcus equine DSSKP-R-001 was used as the research object to explore the toxic effect of BPA on the strain and the gene response of the strain to BPA stress. The BPA degradation ability and key degradation genes of R-001, and the R- 001 BPA degradation mechanism were analyzed. This study enriched the resources of microbial species that degrade BPA and expanded the understanding of the molecular mechanism of microbial tolerance to BPA.
