资源简介:
In the rice shrimp co cultivation mode, long-term flooding can change soil properties, and the feed residues, excrement, and residues of crayfish increase the carbon and nitrogen inputs to the agricultural ecosystem under the rice shrimp co cultivation mode. It is not yet clear how these changes affect the ecological processes and nutrient cycling functions of soil richness and rare microbial community assembly in rice shrimp intercropping. At present, little is known about the construction of rice shrimp intercropping communities. Distinguishing the responses of abundant and rare species to changes in rice cropping patterns from the perspectives of biogeography and community construction can help understand the microbial driven ecological processes and functions in rice monoculture and rice shrimp co cropping rice paddy ecosystems.
