Human Language Without Consequence

This paper argues that the receiver (not the producer) is the missing center of theories of language, intelligence, and AI. Where many accounts focus on the author, speaker, model, institution, or knower, this paper relocates epistemic authority to receivers exposed to consequence i.e bodies, land, organisms, patients, ecosystems, workers, and communities. Information is therefore not treated here as mere symbolic coherence, but as receiver-state change under constraint. Its key concept, anti intelligence, names fluent and institutionally rewarded language that leaves relevant continuity work unchanged. Anti intelligence is not stupidity. It is structurally successful language that fails functionally because no constrained receiver is altered by it. The paper also distinguishes abstraction from decoupling. It does not reject theory, science, writing, or symbolic thought. Instead, it argues that abstraction remains legitimate only when it preserves a named, testable bridge back to constrained receivers. Without that bridge, language may remain coherent, but it no longer participates in intelligence.
