Interventions Targeting Occupational Stress, Resilience and Burnout: An Umbrella Review

This review aims to systematically examine the literature of the past decade, focusing on interventions designed to enhance worker resilience and mitigate workplace stress and burnout. By synthesising findings from multiple systematic reviews, we seek to provide a robust evidence base to inform future research and practice in occupational health psychology.
