Data collected from Hemidactylus frenatus (the Asian house gecko) in Townsville, Australia, at sites spanning distances across the urban edge (where -1500 to -500m is inner-urban and 500 to 2000m is natural woodland). Includes gecko weight, snout-vent length, sex and abundance, as well as the presence/absence of three parasites: Geckobia spp. mites, the pentastome Raillietiella frenata and the pentastome Waddycephalus spp..
