On- and off- target multiplex sequencing of primary human cells edited in TCRB, TCRA, and PDCD1 genes.

The project aims to compare single-cell and bulk sequencing at on- and off-target sites of primary T-cells edited using the TCRB, TCRA, and PDCD1 gRNAs described at Carl June's first-in-human CRISPR clinical trial (PMID: 32029687). We sequenced the on-target sites and 111 off-target sites, nominated by GUIDE-seq.
