Enhancing plant establishment via rhizosphere signaling and hormonal regulation through biopolymer-mediated soil pore restructuring

This repository contains the experimental datasets and processed analysis files associated with the manuscript “Enhancing plant establishment via rhizosphere signaling and hormonal regulation through biopolymer-mediated soil pore restructuring.” The dataset includes soil mechanical measurements, synchrotron X-ray micro-computed tomography (µCT) analysis, plant growth measurements, elemental analysis, PCA, and image-processing workflows used to evaluate biopolymer-mediated modifications of soil pore architecture and their effects on plant establishment in sandy soils.
