MCF-10a and RPE-1 cells released from two-day starvation. MCF-10a were released with 20ng/mL EGF in starvation media. These cells were stably transduced with the following reporters: -DHB(aa994–1087)-mTurquoise (CDK reporter) -mCherry-hCdt1(1-100)ΔCy (CRL4 reporter) -H2B-miRFP670 (nuclear marker) -pCDC6-mVenus-NLS-PEST (E2F reporter) Channel order: CDK reporter, E2F reporter, Crl4 reporter, nuclear marker RPE-1 cells were released with growth media. These cells were stably transduced with the E2F reporter and the nuclear marker. Channel order: E2F reporter, nuclear marker Both time series are scaled 0.65 microns per pixel and were collected at one image every 12-minutes.
