Metadata for the dataset: Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Treatment Interruptions and Survival in Patients with Early Breast Cancer

This is a metadata-only record describing the dataset used in the study “Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Treatment Interruptions and Survival in Patients with Early Breast Cancer”.The underlying individual-level research data are not publicly shared because they contain sensitive health-related personal data and because public disclosure could pose a risk of patient re-identification. The record is made publicly available to provide metadata in accordance with the Regulation on the implementation of scientific research work in accordance with the principles of open science.The study includes patients with pathologically confirmed non-metastatic breast cancer diagnosed in Slovenia between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2022. The dataset includes clinical, tumour, treatment, SARS-CoV-2 infection, treatment interruption, recurrence, and survival-related variables.
