Data and materials for: A source-verifiability workflow for reporting-guideline item sets

This dataset contains the final Protocol-v5 source-verifiability validation package for a methods/meta-research study of reporting-guideline item-set sources. The package includes a locked route-stratified source frame of 60 primary unique reporting-guidance objects, independent Stage A source-retrieval returns, locked canonical source packets, independent Stage B strict locator coding returns, completed source-reopening adjudication by Yuning Gong, final 360-row component dataset, object-level endpoints, route-stratified summaries, failure taxonomy, display tables, manuscript files, and clean reproducibility scripts. Final source-reopened strict source-verifiability was achieved in 57/60 objects and 350/360 component rows. Dual-independent strict source-verifiability was achieved in 45/60 objects and 314/360 rows. Strict independent exact-location concordance remained 0/60 objects and 0/360 rows. These are reported as distinct methodological endpoints.
