CmTSA Matrix Dataset from the ICSBR Study

Sample matrix data from the CmTSA single-cell spatial proteomics of the ICSBR study: Panel 1 contains hyperplexed staining matrix data of 4 samples, while Panel 2 includes 6-plex staining matrix data of 36 pre-treatment and 4 post-treatment samples. These matrix data were derived from Qupath v0.5.1 after cell segmentation and cell marker positivity classification, and contain information on Object ID, Classification, Parent, and cellular X-axis and Y-axis coordinates. The hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) stained images of the serial sections from the corresponding samples are available in https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/H_E_Images_of_PDAC_from_the_ICSBR_Study/30536492.
