Generation of blastocyst-like structures from human embryonic stem cells II [scRNA-seq]

We established a method that enables the generation of blastocyst-like structures from human pluripotent stem cells. To model human pre-/peri-implantation development, we reported a novel strategy to generate blastocyst-like structures from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) in vitro, which resemble blastocysts in morphology and cell-lineage allocation.
