Polysomnographic records of patients with disorders of consciousness

Dataset contains 43 polysomnographic records 6 hours long each of patients with persistent disorders of consciousness, i.e. vegetative state and minimally conscious state, made in Federal Scientific and Clinical Center of Intensive Care Medicine and Rehabilitation, Russia. All records are in .edf format. The name of the file contains a number of patient and the level of consciousness: Patient_1_VS means, that patient №1 is in vegetative state, Patient_2_MCS+ means that patient №2 is in minimally conscious state plus. Each record include 2 EOG channels, 1 EMG channel, and EEG channels over frontal, central and occipital zones. EEG channels may have different references and different number of channels depending on the quality of the record. "SOMNOScreen Plus" polysomnographic equipment wae used fo obtaining the data.本数据集包含43条时长为6小时的多导睡眠记录，受试者均为持续性意识障碍患者，即植物状态（vegetative state）与最小意识状态（minimally conscious state）患者，数据采集自俄罗斯联邦重症监护医学与康复科学临床中心。所有记录均采用.edf格式存储。文件名包含患者编号与意识状态标识：例如"Patient_1_VS"代表1号患者处于植物状态，"Patient_2_MCS+"代表2号患者为增强型最小意识状态。每条记录包含2个眼电图（EOG）通道、1个肌电图（EMG）通道，以及覆盖额叶、中央区与枕叶的脑电图（EEG）通道。根据记录质量的不同，脑电图通道的参考方式与通道数量可能存在差异。本数据集采用"SOMNOScreen Plus"多导睡眠设备完成数据采集。
