SEC 10-K Supply-Chain Graph

Customer and supplier relationships that US-listed companies name in their own SEC 10-K filings, extracted into a directed graph. Each row is one counterparty a filer disclosed, attributed to the SEC accession number of the filing it came from, so any row can be checked against the original document on EDGAR. 16,172 relationships across 2,659 filers and 11,623 distinct counterparty names, 3,568 of them resolved to a listed ticker. Filings through 2026-08-31. It records disclosure, not the complete supply chain: a missing edge means no filer named it. Relationships are read from filing text by a language model; the dataset is auditable (every row names its source document) rather than audited.
