This is the research data for the publication "What Makes a Photobattery Light-Rechargeable?", published in ACS Energy Letters. The dataset contains the raw data used to prepare Figures 2-5 and the Supplementary Figures. A detailed description is provided below: Fig 2 - UV Vis spectra were obtained from dye-sensitized films measured on a Perkin Elmer Lambda 750 UV Vis and smoothened using a Savitzky-Golay filter. The raw data is provided as a CSV file and is plotted using Python. Galvanostatic charge/discharge data was obtained from a Biologic VMP-3 potentiostat. Data is provided as .txt files and was plotted as is, using Python. Fig 3, 4, and 5 - Data was obtained using linear sweep voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and chronopotentiometry on a Biologic VMP-3 potentiostat. Data is provided as .txt files and was plotted as is, using Python. Fig S2, S4-S7: Data was obtained using linear sweep voltammetry, chronoamperometry, cyclic voltammetry, and chronopotentiometry on a Biologic VMP-3 potentiostat. Data is provided as .txt files and was plotted as is, using Python.
