资源简介:
The activity evaluation of CO2 hydrogenation to methanol was carried out in a fixed tube-bed reactor in tandem with a gas chromatograph. Prior to the reaction, the catalyst was pressed, crushed and sieved into pellets. The sieved catalyst pellets (30-60 mesh) were loaded into the reactor (0.3 g) and pretreated with 10% H2/Ar at 300 °C for 6 hours. After pretreatment, the reactor was cooled to the target temperature (200-240 °C) and the reaction was carried out using a reaction gas mixture ( CO2/H2/Ar = 23/69/8) pressurized to 4 MPa at a flow rate of 45 mL/min. The reactor outlet gas path temperature was maintained at 150 °C to prevent product condensation, and the product was passed through an on-line instrument equipped with a flame ionization detector (FID) and a thermal conductivity The product was analyzed by on-line gas chromatography (GC 2060) equipped with flame ionization detector (FID) and thermal conductivity detector (TCD).Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
