Final Data - Matrix of kinase/substrate edge weights by predictor

This will unzip the Final Data folder for KinPred v1.0, the final matrix-based files, by prediction algorith type, of kinase-substrate relationships and their edge weights.<br>In each folder for a prediction algorithm is a final csv data file. This matrix has substrates by row and kinase names by columns. The substrate and kinase names are based on the controlled ontology set in KinPred. The matrix entry (i,j) is the edge weight predicted for substrate i and kinase j.
