Raw LC-MS/MS proteomics data of Polygonum cuspidatum root-derived extracellular vesicles sample PC_EVs

This dataset contains the raw LC-MS/MS proteomics file for the PC_EVs sample, which was derived from Polygonum cuspidatum root-derived extracellular vesicles. The sample was analyzed using data-independent acquisition proteomics on an Orbitrap Astral Zoom mass spectrometer. The raw file is provided to support data transparency and future reanalysis.
