A collection of Clair3 models in a single place

Clair3 is widely-used variant calling tools for high-throuput sequencing data. However, since nanopore sequencing, a emerging third-generation high-throughput sequecing technology, keep evolve, different flowcell type and basecaller configuration have very different error pattern. Therefore, one needs different Clair3 models for different nanopore sequencing data. Here we collect all nanopore sequencing data model for Clair3, where were stored in different places for fully automatic pipelines that involves Clair3.
