Beam-shaped femtosecond laser printing of quasi-capsule-shaped holographic terahertz metasurfaces

This dataset includes the correspondence between different holograms and corresponding shaped beams, laser parameters, and capsule shaped metaunits on spatial light modulators, the transmittance of terahertz waves by capsule shaped metaunits with different morphologies and sizes, and the image reconstruction results of terahertz holographic metasurface simulation and experimental verification. The dataset was obtained from September 2022 to October 2023 at SIOM.
