Data description This dataset contains the source data underlying the figures in our manuscript on strain-tuned transport in a two-dimensional van der Waals device. The measurements include longitudinal resistivity (ρxx) and Hall resistivity (ρxy) as functions of temperature (T), magnetic field (B), carrier filling factor (ν) (or carrier density n), and applied uniaxial strain (ε). Several derived quantities are included, such as symmetrized/antisymmetrized Hall traces, anomalous Hall contributions, and the gauge factor (GF) extracted from strain sweeps. The data are provided as Excel workbooks in a “figure-block” format to enable replotting directly from the exported numeric arrays. Use the column headers to identify the x-axis variable(s) and the measured/derived y-axis variable(s). Plot the columns directly. For colormap panels, interpret the three columns as (x,y,z)(x, y, z)(x,y,z) triplets and grid as needed. Code/software Data processing and visualization were performed using MATLAB and Python (matplotlib). Colormaps were generated using the cbrewer package. Example plotting code is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. Access information Other publicly accessible locations of the data: Not applicable. The datasets are provided in this repository as the primary public access point. Data was derived from the following sources: The data were generated by the authors from original low-temperature electronic transport measurements on the devices described in the associated manuscript. No third-party datasets were used.
