Baby Sus scrofa Transcriptome on different milk replacements

Piglets were fed a diet of either control or sialyllactose milk replacement. The goal was to determine how the sialyllactose affected the colon mucosa by sequencing the mucosa cells and also by sequencing the exfoliome as a non-invasive means.
