Clinical entity annotations (gold and silver annotation files) produced for the CAS/DEFT corpus of clinical cases in French used in the 2020 DEFT challenge. These annotations are released with the paper "Privacy-preserving mimic models for clinical named entity recognition in French" and are available in the BRAT Rapid Annotation Tool (BRAT) standoff format.
