Links between volume fractions of non-180 degree domains of the tetragonal and monoclinic phases in 0.75NaNbO3 – 0.15KNbO3 – 0.10CdNb2O6

Domain structures of ceramic grains were analysed by taking into account coexisting ferroelectric phases divided into non-180 degree domains (mechanical twins) in a solid solution with the 0.75NaNbO3 – 0.15KNbO3 – 0.10CdNb2O6 composition.本研究针对组分为0.75NaNbO3–0.15KNbO3–0.10CdNb2O6的固溶体（solid solution），将其中共存的、被划分为非180°畴（non-180 degree domains，mechanical twins）的铁电相（ferroelectric phases）纳入分析考量，对陶瓷晶粒的畴结构开展了分析。
