As part of the Mammalian Brain Cell Census project, this database includes electrophysiological, morphological, and transcriptomic data, as well as models that simulate cellular activities. The data are primarily sourced from the cerebral cortex and thalamic neuronal regions. Electrophysiological response data and reconstructed neuronal morphologies can be browsed via the Cell Feature Search tool, while single-cell gene expression data are accessible through the RNA-Seq Data page.
