Spatiotemporal transcriptome profiling reveals nutrient transport dynamics in rice nodes and roots during reproductive development

We performed a comprehensive transcriptome analysis of rice (Oryza sativa L.) across spatial (nodes, roots, flag leaf blade, flag leaf sheath and internode) and temporal (seven reproductive stages) dimensions to elucidate the molecular basis of nutrient transport and allocation.
