Conformations of experimentally determined carbohydrate 3D structures in the PDB

Conformations of High-Quality Curated Carbohydrate Structures in the PDB (This dataset is published as part of the publication NMETH-RS61001A) PDB entries are categorized by the type of glycosidic linkages they contain along with a measurement of their φ (Phi), ψ (Psi), and ω (Omega) dihedral angles. The PDB was first filtered for carbohydrates with average B-factors of less than 30 Å2. Further, the PDB data were filtered to remove any highly distorted ring shapes and biologically inconsistent inter-residue linkages.
