MHV WT, nsp13-14, nsp14-15, and ExoN- RNA sequencing 8 hours and 16 hours post infection

The coronavirus Murine Hepatitis Virus (MHV) WT, uncleaved nsp13-14 and nsp14-15 mutants and ExoN(-) mutant were used to infect murine astrocytoma DBT-9 cells. At 8 hours and 16 hours post infection, the infected cell monolayer RNAs were collected and sequenced by short-read Illumina RNA-seq to determine the mutation frequencies for each mutant virus over time and to analyze viral recombination.
