资源简介:
To investigate whether the decreased pathogenicity of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum (Fon) specific gene FonNADase1 deletion mutant is associated with the loss of its ability to suppress the expression of defense genes in watermelon plants, we performed RNA-seq-based transcriptome analysis in roots of WT-, FonNADase1 deletion mutant-, and mock-inoculated watermelon plants at 6 dpi. These data suggest that deletion of the FonNADase1 affects the expression of a set of genes in watermelon plants during Fon infection. It is likely that deletion of this gene disenables Fon to suppress immune responses in watermelon plants, thereby weakening the pathogenicity of deletion mutant.
